This treatment has many benefits. The heated basalt rocks will help reduce muscle spasms and melts away tension and increases circulation. The Cold stones help with inflammation, headaches, anxiety and fatigue. Both treatments are incredibly beneficial and helps melt away your stress.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

A massage dedicated to the Mothers of our universe. You will benefit having a massage throughout all stages of your pregnancy that will help with an overall sense of well-being. Areas of focus will be your mid and lower back, head, feet and ankles that will benefit your energy level and will help with posture.

THAI HOT STEM MASSAGE

Traditional healing herbs and oils are wrapped in unbleached cotton and then tied to a stem. The heated stems with traditional massage has been used in Thailand since ancient times. This treatment help release toxins, relieve muscle tension and joint pain as well helps to increase circulation in the body. Your body will feel uplifted and with this treatment you will take home the set of stems to be used on yourself up to 4 times.

THE CEDARS ESCAPE LUXURY PACKAGE

This luxurious treatment  will begin your escape with a foot soak then enjoy a beautiful sea salt, seaweed exfoliation on your back followed by a full body massage combining aromatherapy, hot stone therapy and reflexology. You will be in bliss once you leave. Add on a 15 minute facial.
